We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Global Seafood Team within Food Production. This is a key operational role, supporting auditors, technical teams and regional operations to make sure our seafood certification activities run smoothly, stay compliant, and meet NSF and scheme requirements. You’ll be organised, detail-focused, and confident working with different stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Auditor compliance & coordination
- Manage auditor onboarding and offboarding in NSF systems
- Keep auditor profiles, qualifications and competency records up to date
- Maintain competency matrices and compliance data to support audit planning
- Support contract renewals and resource planning with regional teams
- Review and sign off auditor expenses where required
- Ensure accurate and compliant data in internal systems (including GRIP and Power BI)
- Manage updates, notifications and documents related to auditors
- Support the rollout and ongoing use of NSF’s audit tools and portal
- Act as a first point of contact for auditors for system access and basic IT support
- Work closely with Local Audit Delivery Managers, Technical Leads and Regional Teams
- Support recruitment activity by sharing requirements and coordinating information
- Manage day-to-day communication with auditors
- Help organise and support auditor meetings and calibration sessions
- Contribute to global projects and continuous process improvement across the seafood portfolio
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident using IT systems and data tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to have
- Experience in the seafood, fisheries or aquaculture sector
- Experience working with a Certification Body or auditors
- Knowledge of GFSI schemes and/or ISO 17065
- Familiarity with certification programmes such as MSC, MarinTrust, RFM or similar
