At NSF, our Agriculture team audits and certifies over 35,000 farms each year to ensure they meet vital safety, quality, and sustainability standards. By joining us, you’ll be helping farmers across the UK and beyond maintain the high standards that keep our food system safe and trusted.
We’re looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role (part office-based in Long Hanborough, part remote). You’ll play a key part in supporting our customers – many of whom are farmers and agricultural businesses – and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Answering customer queries by phone and email with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Guiding new and existing customers – often farmers – through application and certification processes
- Issuing certificates and maintaining accurate records
- Uploading reports and data to our systems
- Keeping our databases up to date and organised
- Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
