You’ll play a key part in supporting our customers—many of whom are farmers and agricultural businesses—and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer queries by phone and email with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Guiding new and existing customers—often farmers—through application and certification processes
- Issuing certificates and maintaining accurate records
- Uploading reports and data to our systems
- Keeping our databases up to date and organised
- Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
