Client Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role (part office-based in Long Hanborough, part remote). You’ll play a key part in supporting our customers—many of whom are farmers and agricultural businesses—and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities Including , but not limited to: Answering customer queries by phone and email with a friendly, can-do attitude Guiding new and existing customers—often farmers—through application and certification processes Issuing certificates and maintaining accurate records Uploading reports and data to our systems Keeping our databases up to date and organised Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks Qualifications Previous experience in administration or customer service Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Great communication skills and a positive attitude Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) What NSF can offer: Make a difference: Help support the agriculture industry and ensure the safety of our food supply.
