Responsibilities:
- Do food safety checks at client sites
- Train and coach staff while on-site - we’re compliance-seekers not fault-finders
- Write up inspection results and share with client managers
- Collect samples and send them to labs for testing
- Plan your inspections to meet deadlines
- Keep in touch with your team and client contacts
- Jump in on other tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety
- A degree in Environmental Health (or similar), a big plus
- Able to carry out audits in Food, Health & Safety, and Fire
- Can train safety advisors if needed
- Being registered with CIEH or IOSH, a big plus
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Ready and willing to travel
- Confident using Microsoft Office and our easy-to-use tools
