Responsibilities:

  • Do food safety checks at client sites.
  • Train and coach staff while on-site - we're compliance-seekers not fault-finders.
  • Write up inspection results and share with client managers.
  • Collect samples and send them to labs for testing.
  • Plan your inspections to meet deadlines.
  • Keep in touch with your team and client contacts.
  • Jump in on other tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
  • A degree in Environmental Health (or similar), a big plus.
  • Able to carry out audits in Food, Health & Safety, and Fire.
  • Can train safety advisors if needed.
  • Being registered with CIEH or IOSH, a big plus.
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
  • Ready and willing to travel.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and our easy-to-use tools.
