You will manage the candidate journey from initial search and engagement through to screening, interview coordination and offer, while developing a detailed understanding of the client's hiring needs and market. Own candidate delivery and day-to-day recruitment activity across the account Build trusted relationships with candidates and client stakeholders Source and engage talent using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and job boards Manage pipelines, interviews, feedback and offers to keep processes moving Identify opportunities to improve delivery and build on the account's existing success DELIVERY CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS Experience in recruitment, a client-facing role or another relationship-led environment Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of workload and outcomes Commercial mindset with the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment Resilience, attention to detail and a strong candidate-service mentality WORKING HOURS Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm | Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm.
