About The Client: Our client is a major organisation operating within a highly secure and regulated environment. They are looking for an experienced Digital Certificate Management Consultant to provide governance, coordination and assurance across a complex multi-supplier environment.

The Cyber Security Governance Consultant Role: As a Cyber Security Governance Consultant, you will govern and assure certificate management activities across multiple suppliers, providing visibility of certificate risk, compliance and lifecycle management. You will coordinate suppliers, maintain oversight of certificate inventories, monitor expiry and renewal risks, support audit activities and produce governance reporting for key stakeholders. You will also drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement across certificate management processes. This is a governance and assurance position, rather than a hands-on PKI engineering or certificate administration role.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in Digital Certificate Management, PKI Governance, Cyber Security Governance, Information Assurance or GRC
  • Strong understanding of certificate lifecycle management and associated operational risks
  • Experience within multi-supplier, SIAM or complex outsourced environments
  • Strong supplier coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience producing governance reporting and risk-based management information
  • Understanding of security compliance and audit requirements
  • Must not have spent more than 28 consecutive days outside the UK during the last 5 years
