ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing industry, known for its innovative technology and engineering. They design and build advanced machinery for energy production and are leaders in their field. They are looking for a passionate and eager Engineer who wants to transition to a leading company. THE ROLE

In this role, you'll be involved in the complete process of creating advanced machinery (turnkey solutions), from the initial concept and design to building and implementing the final product. Some of the key areas of the work include customer liaison, tooling and fixturing design using a CAD package, and programming CNC control systems using CAM software. Additionally, this position offers the exciting opportunity to travel internationally, allowing you to gain global experience, collaborate with teams from different countries, and work on a variety of projects. This will help you broaden your skills and deepen your understanding of the industry worldwide.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in Machine shop manufacturing and programming
  • Previous CAD engineering experience
  • Mechanical Engineering or related degree or HNC OR HND
  • Experience in process or R&D (University project, or similar) would be advantageous
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Full UK driving license is essential for this role
