Reporting to the SVP Development, EMEA, and a senior member of the DCI team, you will drive our expansion strategy in existing and new markets and build the supplier relationships that give Nscale the best pool of supply options.

- Power & Land: Track grid connection timelines, power pricing and land availability across target markets, acting as initial point of contact with landowners, developers and utilities before handover to Development.
- Benchmarking: Maintain cost and pricing benchmarks, and a rolling view of AI compute demand that sizes our pipeline.
- Governance & Reporting: Provide regular market reporting to leadership and the board as a single agreed source of truth, plus rapid deep dives as needed.
- Team Building & Leadership: Help build, establish and lead a high-performing market intelligence team, fostering collaboration with Development, Delivery, and Strategy & Corporate Development teams.
- Industry Profile: Maintain a strong industry profile through conferences, networking and published insight.
