Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to shape how we communicate, connect and scale as a global business. Reporting to the VP, Internal Communications, you will shape how we communicate with employees across the lifecycle—from onboarding to performance and policy changes—and work closely with the People team to plan and run programmes that scale our culture.
You will lead our internal comms presence at headquarters and across regions outside the US, building toolkits.
