- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche profiles including MEP, construction project managers, commissioning specialists, commercial, planning, and data center operators.
- Build and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
- Bring market intelligence on talent - including compensation trends, competitor mapping, and realistic time-to-fill expectations across infrastructure and technical markets.
- Develop pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across both corporate and site-based functions.
- Improve structured interviewing and selection quality (clear competencies, calibrated scorecards, consistent debriefs).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience - timely, transparent, and high‑touch where needed.
About you
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with significant depth in data center or construction hiring (in‑house and/or agency).
- Strong expertise across data center ecosystems, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, engineering consultancies, or construction firms.
- Familiarity hiring across various geographies and navigating location, compliance, and compensation complexity.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for MEP, construction, and technical infrastructure roles (e. g. design engineers, project managers, commissioning, project controls).
- Proven track record recruiting across a range of seniorities
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to guide, influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Demonstrated sourcing capability (market mapping, outreach strategy, talent research) and comfort operating in competitive, talent‑constrained markets.
- High bar for quality and process, with a focus on interview assessment, evidence‑based decision‑making, and strong candidate experience.
- Comfortable partnering on compensation and leveling discussions and negotiations across both technical and construction domains.
