You are the indispensable commercial lead for Nscale’s largest and most complex opportunities across EMEA. Sitting at the crucial, high-pressure intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, you will partner directly with our most senior Account Executives to structure, price, and successfully negotiate custom GPU compute contracts for top-tier enterprise clients. You are much more than a pricing approver; you are a strategic advisor who deeply understands the fundamental economics of AI data centers. You know how to utilize creative commercial terms, capacity guarantees, and flexible payment structures as a distinct competitive weapon against legacy cloud providers. You will be in the trenches daily, helping close the deals that will define Nscale's trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Bespoke Commercial Modeling: Build deep, highly customized pricing models, compelling ROI justifications, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) comparisons that vividly demonstrate Nscale's superior financial value for a customer's specific AI workload.
- Frontline Negotiation: Serve as the primary commercial advisor on live, high-stakes customer calls. You will navigate complex Master Services Agreements (MSAs), debate utilization commitments, defend our pricing strategies, and negotiate SLA penalties directly with enterprise procurement teams.
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Act as a highly trusted advisor to the EMEA sales team. You will proactively coach AEs on commercial strategy, teaching them how to use specific contracting levers to unstick stalled deals, increase total contract value, and accelerate time-to-close.
- Process Engineering & Tool Building: Continuously identify friction points and bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process. Take the independent initiative to build new spreadsheet-based pricing calculators, ROI templates, or commercial approval workflows to streamline future deals.
- Cross-Functional Deal Triage: Project manage the internal lifecycle of highly complex, non-standard deals, actively chasing down approvals from Legal, Finance, and Capacity Planning to ensure deals do not die on internal desks.

- A high EQ, a thick skin, and a collaborative nature. You know how to push back on demanding sales reps to protect company margins, while simultaneously maintaining a strong relationship and showing them you are fighting to win the deal.
- An innovative, process‑oriented mindset. You constantly look for ways to continuously improve systems and leverage data to make the Deal Desk function smarter, faster, and more scalable.
- The ability to thrive in a high‑velocity, high‑pressure environment where multiple 8‑figure deals are requiring your attention simultaneously.
