About the role

We're looking for a Talent Partner with deep expertise in Data Centre, Projects or Engineering recruitment to be responsible for end-to-end hiring for these critical functions in Norway. You'll be a strategic partner to senior leaders, owning hiring plans, market mapping and delivery across senior and specialist roles. This is a hands-on role - you will personally run high-impact searches, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight and help build a world-class hiring bar for Corporate functions, specifically Finance and Legal teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Support hiring delivery across the Nordics (focus on Norway). Including project delivery/controls, construction, commissioning, facilities/ops, electrical/mechanical and data centre operations.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through sourcing strategy, assessment design, interview process, offer management, and closing.
  • Partner with Projects, DC Ops and Engineering leadership to translate delivery milestones and capacity plans into hiring roadmaps.
  • Provide Nordics market intelligence (comp, competitor mapping, location dynamics, realistic time-to-fill).
  • Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles; balance local hiring with relocation/global search where needed.
  • Maintain talent maps for priority hubs and role families across Projects, DC and Engineering.
  • Manage external partners (exec search/specialist agencies) with clear briefs, scorecards, and performance expectations.
  • Raise selection quality via structured interviewing (competencies, calibrated scorecards, consistent debriefs) and deliver a strong candidate experience (timely, transparent, high-touch).

About you

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, with substantial depth in Nordic markets (in-house and/or agency).
  • Proven track record recruiting across a range of seniorities, including senior specialist and leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability able to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
  • Demonstrated sourcing capability (market mapping, outreach strategy, talent research) and comfort operating in competitive markets.
  • High bar for quality and process where structured interviewing, evidence-based decisioning and strong candidate experience are paramount.
  • Executive search or top-tier search firm experience (or equivalent high-calibre retained search environment), particularly for DC roles.
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth tech, infrastructure, fintech, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity hiring across UK/EU and navigating location, compliance, and compensation complexity.
  • Comfort partnering on compensation/leveling discussions and advising on market benchmarks.

What We Can Offer You

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

  • Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
  • Join the fastest-growing tech startup, your chance to push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting-edge AI.
  • Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.
  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.

We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. If there's anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
