The Role

The SVP GTM, EMEA is responsible for leading Nscale's commercial strategy, revenue growth, and customer expansion across the EMEA region. This role owns regional performance across enterprise sales, strategic accounts, and key partnerships, ensuring alignment with global growth priorities.

Operating as a senior member of the global revenue leadership team, this role works closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to scale the business, land flagship customers, and build long‐term market presence. The role requires strong regional leadership, commercial discipline, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets and cultures.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Regional Strategy and Leadership
    • Define and execute the EMEA commercial strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
    • Own regional revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
    • Set clear priorities across markets, segments, and customer profiles.
    • Act as the senior executive leader for the EMEA region.
  • Enterprise Sales and Account Growth
    • Lead enterprise sales execution across EMEA, with a focus on large scale and strategic customers.
    • Build and expand long‐term customer relationships with senior executives.
    • Support complex deal strategy, negotiations, and executive level engagements.
    • Ensure consistent sales excellence, qualification standards, and deal governance.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Build, lead, and mentor senior regional sales leaders and their teams.
    • Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability, and performance expectations.
    • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.
    • Partner with People and Leadership to attract and retain top regional talent.
  • Cross‐Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations to align customer commitments with delivery capabilities.
    • Ensure customer feedback informs product direction and regional priorities.
    • Coordinate with global peers to ensure consistency across regions and accounts.
  • Market Presence and Partnerships
    • Represent Nscale across the EMEA market with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain strategic regional partnerships that support growth and market entry.
    • Act as a visible and credible leader for Nscale in the region.

About You

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, regional leadership, or commercial roles within technology, infrastructure, or platform‐driven businesses.
  • At least 7 years operating in senior leadership roles at VP or SVP level with regional revenue accountability.
  • Proven experience scaling revenue across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, high‐value enterprise agreements.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, data center services, AI platforms, or adjacent enterprise technology markets preferred.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Highly credible with C‐suite executives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Comfortable operating in fast growth and ambiguous environments.
  • Collaborative leader with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence across regions and functions.
