Role Overview
Nscale is looking for a detail-driven and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team. In this role, you will support the smooth execution of our end-to-end supply chain operations—ensuring accurate procurement processes, reliable supplier performance, and on-time delivery of goods and services that keep our business running. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the coordinator plays a central role in maintaining data integrity, facilitating seamless communication among internal teams, and ensuring that goods and services are delivered on schedule to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supply chain & Transactional Support
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders, supplier quotes, and associated transactions in shared systems.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of all data related to orders, commitments, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier commitments, order status, and shipment movement across corporate projects.
- Update dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide clear visibility into supply chain performance.
- Support monthly reporting on KPIs such as on-time delivery, open issues, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with Corporate Services, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and service requirements.
- Assist internal teams with supply chain-related inquiries and provide timely updates on order and shipment status.
- Support the implementation of improved workflows, documentation systems, and tracking tools.
- Contribute to optimizing supply chain processes for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 1–3 years of supply chain, logistics, or procurement coordination experience.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Netsuite preferred).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve effectively.
