What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the roadmap and ongoing development of Workday, Greenhouse, and adjacent People Systems, deciding what gets built, in what order, and why.
  • Partner with People teams to design and improve end-to-end workflows, drawing on HR expertise, customer feedback, data, and business context to set priorities and measure success.
  • Configure Workday Core HCM, business processes, security, and reporting; build integrations, automations, and agentic workflows across the portfolio.
  • Establish data governance and access controls that support accuracy, security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Own Workday platform stability, performance, testing, and release management, proactively improving the platform as business needs evolve.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities, constraints, and investment priorities, advocating for the right platform for each business need.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, including extensive hands-on Workday experience.
  • Advanced Workday configuration expertise, with hands-on experience building integrations and automations across People Systems.
  • Strong HR domain knowledge and experience applying a product mindset to internal systems, with priorities informed by customer needs, business value, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience translating privacy, security, and compliance requirements into practical system design decisions.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts, communicate trade-offs, and recommend solutions to People teams, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Practical experience applying AI to People Systems, with a grounded perspective on emerging HRIS capabilities.
