About the Role
This is a 12 month FTC role for maternity cover. You will be the single-threaded owner of events marketing in the EMEA, with approximately 30% travel expected. Nscale is building the engine of super intelligence — a full-stack AI infrastructure platform spanning energy, data centres, and cloud. As we expand globally, the Americas is a critical growth region for enterprise adoption, partnerships, and developer engagement. We are looking for a EMEA Events Lead to own and execute Nscale's go-to-market events strategy across the region. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for translating global strategy into pipeline, POVs, and market presence. You will lead regional marketing execution across field marketing, account-based activation, partner programs, and demand generation, working closely with the Global Growth team to ensure all activity is aligned to priority accounts and converts into measurable commercial outcomes.
What You'll be Doing
- Own the EMEA GTM Execution and Regional Strategy: Define and execute a regional events roadmap aligned to Nscale's commercial priorities. Identify key markets, moments, and opportunities to establish Nscale as a leading AI infrastructure partner.
- Lead High-Impact Event Execution: Deliver a portfolio of flagship trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner activations. Ensure every event reflects Nscale's positioning as a full-stack AI infrastructure provider.
- Drive Partner-Led Activations: Collaborate with strategic partners to co-create impactful experiences. Expand Nscale's footprint through joint events and ecosystem engagement.
- Own End-to-End Delivery: Manage planning, logistics, budgets, vendors, and timelines across multiple events simultaneously. Oversee booth builds, demo readiness, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Manage Executive and Speaker Engagement: Own the delivery of keynotes, panels, and private briefings across the region. Work closely with the global comms team to ensure consistency, impact, and alignment with Nscale's messaging.
- Measure and Optimise Performance: Define KPIs tied to pipeline, brand, and partnerships. Deliver post-event analysis with clear insights and recommendations.
About You
- 6+ years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or field marketing, ideally within AI, cloud, or infrastructure.
- Proven experience owning regional or multi-country event programs.
- Strong track record managing large-scale tradeshows and executive-level events.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex, fast-moving projects.
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with global teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the US.
Nice to Have
- Experience within AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or deep-tech ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and partner ecosystems.
- Experience building partner-led and co-branded events.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and executives.
