Nscale is seeking a Director of Legal, Infrastructure, EMEA based in the UK to own end-to-end contracting for its data centre campuses across EMEA. This hands-on role negotiates with major counterparties and drives standardized commercial and legal positions from term sheet to closeout.
You will coordinate with external counsel, work with construction, procurement, finance and real estate teams, and maintain contract templates and playbooks aligned to JCT, NEC and FIDIC forms.
