What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure programs across multiple datacenters
- Build program plans, timelines, and roadmaps that support company-wide goals
- Coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, contractors, and logistics teams
- Track progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and ensure clear communication
- Standardize deployment and operational readiness processes across regions
- Review technical requirements and ensure installations meet Nscale standards
- Drive accurate documentation, reporting, and post-deployment handovers
- Identify improvements to increase deployment speed, quality, and predictability
- 5+ years of experience in program management, infrastructure delivery, or technical project management
- 3+ years working in datacenters, cloud operations, hardware deployment, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of racks, power, cooling, networking, servers, and GPU hardware
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience running complex, multi-workstream technical programs
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.)
- Experience with GPU clusters or high-density compute, high-performance networking (InfiniBand/RoCE), NetBox/CMDB tools, BOM creation/review, or AI/ML infrastructure.
