This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge technology company at a pivotal stage in its growth and play a key role in helping to build a world-class legal function.

- You have strong document management skills, familiarity with legal terminology, and the ability to support review, execution and filing processes involving complex legal materials.
- You’re highly organised, take initiative, and maintain meticulous legal records, helping to ensure compliance and operational excellence within the legal function.
- You’re a self-starter, curious, and quick to learn—able to anticipate needs, ask the right questions, and adapt in a dynamic and scaling business environment.
What You’ll be Doing
- You will support the legal team in the drafting, formatting and review of a broad range of legal documents, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, board resolutions and corporate filings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across materials.
- You will manage legal documentation workflows, including version control, e-signature processes (e.g. DocuSign) and digital and physical filing systems, helping to ensure smooth and compliant execution of legal processes.
- You will assist with the administration of corporate governance activities, including preparation of board and shareholder documents, maintaining company registers and supporting Companies House filings and other regulatory submissions.
- You will help coordinate the legal aspects of commercial transactions, due diligence processes and contract negotiations by preparing documentation, tracking deliverables and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- You will liaise with teams across the business — including Procurement, Sales, HR and Finance — to support compliance with internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements.
- You will conduct basic legal and regulatory research relevant to the AI, cloud computing and data privacy sectors (with guidance), supporting the legal team’s ability to respond to emerging risks and opportunities.
- You will maintain and continuously improve legal templates, trackers and internal knowledge management systems to support efficiency, consistency and scale.
- You will provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, organising legal training sessions, coordinating with external counsel and assisting with legal budget or invoice tracking where needed.
