Nscale is hiring a Compensation Manager to build scalable, data-driven reward frameworks that support rapid global growth.

You will partner with the Compensation Director, Finance, FP&A, People Partners, Talent Acquisition and business leaders.

You'll manage global benchmarking and annual reward cycles, evolve our job architecture, strengthen reward governance, and help improve compensation processes and reporting in Workday.
