We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, FP&A and Business Control to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting at Nscale. You’ll be a key contributor in delivering insights that guide business decisions across the company. You’ll work closely with finance and business stakeholders to assess commercial opportunities, monitor performance, build forecasts and support cost-efficiency efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys combining data analysis with real business impact.

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Build and maintain financial models to support liquidity planning and performance tracking, assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial trends and business drivers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and understand business impacts
  • Monitor cost trends and help identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
  • Participate in improving financial processes and control frameworks
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from finance leadership and business teams
  • Help prepare materials for board and investor presentations

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business control, ideally in a tech-driven company (SaaS, cloud, or AI infrastructure experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
