Nscale delivers reliable, high-performance AI infrastructure built for the demands of modern AI workloads.
Our marketing content team plays a key role in translating that technical depth into clear, compelling stories that reach developers, enterprises, and the broader AI community.
We're looking for a Content Designer to own the quality, clarity, and consistency of copy across our website.
This is an editorial and UX-focused role: you'll audit and improve existing messaging, define how we write for the web, and write sharp, purposeful copy to brief, always with the user journey in mind.
You'll work closely with design, brand, and content to make sure every word on our site earns its place.
What You'll Do
- UX Writing & Site Quality
- Own the end-to-end quality of copy across the Nscale website, from hero headlines to microcopy.
- Audit existing pages and identify gaps in messaging clarity, structure, and consistency.
- Define and maintain a web copy style guide and content patterns library.
- Map and improve user journeys, ensuring copy supports clear navigation and action at every step.
- Write and refine UI copy, including labels, CTAs, tooltips, error states, and form fields.
- Copy & Collaboration
- Write website copy to brief, working closely with design and brand to deliver cohesive pages.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency between website and wider brand messaging.
- Partner with design to shape information architecture and page structure from the ground up.
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for a developer and enterprise audience.
- Review and provide copy feedback on work from other contributors to uphold site standards.
- Areas You'll Cover
- Homepage & product pages
- Navigation & information architecture
- Campaign & acquisition landing pages
- UI & microcopy
- CTAs & conversion flows
- Docs entry points & product sign-up flows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or web copywriting, ideally at a B2B tech company or agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong web copy, UX writing, and content systems thinking.
- Deep understanding of how copy, structure, and design work together in digital experiences.
- Ability to write across registers, from precise UI copy to compelling campaign headlines.
- Comfortable working with design tools (Figma) and content management systems.
- Strong instinct for user journeys, information hierarchy, and conversion-oriented writing.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple pages and briefs simultaneously.
- Bonus If You Have
- Experience writing for developer or enterprise technical audiences.
- Background in information architecture or content strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they shape web content decisions.
- Experience building or maintaining a content style guide from scratch.
- Exposure to A/B testing copy and using data to improve messaging.
- Why Nscale
At Nscale, we're builders who believe that reliable, high-performance infrastructure is foundational to the AI era.
Our team moves fast, communicates plainly, and takes its work seriously.
You'll join a company where your words shape how the world understands AI infrastructure and where the work you produce reaches a global audience of technical decision-makers and industry leaders.
If you thrive in an environment that values craft, clarity, and momentum, this could be your next move.
