We are hiring an experienced Paralegal to support a fast‑moving legal function operating across commercial contracts and legal operations. These roles are not administrative; they require strong legal judgement, ownership, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. You will focus on contract lifecycle management (NDAs, RFPs, execution processes) alongside improving how the legal function operates, including tooling, processes and document management. This role is well‑suited to candidates with significant paralegal experience or qualified lawyers looking for a more operational, in‑house environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Draft, review, and manage standard agreements (NDAs, supplier/customer contracts, RFP responses)
  • Own contract lifecycle processes from initiation through execution and storage
  • Coordinate contract execution (including e‑signature workflows and approvals)
  • Support implementation and optimisation of legal tools (CLM systems, document management platforms, etc.)
  • Improve internal legal processes to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Maintain and organise legal documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (sales, procurement, finance) to streamline workflows

About you:

  • Significant experience as a paralegal, legal executive or similar role in‑house or in private practice
  • Strong contract administration experience (NDAs, commercial agreements, RFP processes)
  • Exposure to legal operations, tooling, or process improvement initiatives
  • High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

Preferred:

  • Qualified lawyer (current or former)
  • Experience implementing or managing legal tech (e.g. CLM systems)
  • Background in technology, infrastructure, or commercial‑heavy environments

What we can offer you:

At Nscale, you’ll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We’re building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core. Join the fastest‑growing tech startup, your chance to push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting‑edge AI. Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.

We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio‑economic backgrounds. If there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.

The responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and are intended to provide a general overview of the position. The employee may be required to perform additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management, consistent with the skills and qualifications required for the role.
