We're looking for a Video Producer to lead and elevate our video programme across every touchpoint: content, campaigns, and paid. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll set the standard for video quality, build the systems that keep production running smoothly, and manage the talented people who bring it all to life. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, performance, and storytelling, working closely with our website, social, and paid teams to make video do more for us.
What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end production of net new video across brand, product, and campaign briefs
- Repurpose and adapt existing video assets for website, social, and paid channels
- Maintain and evolve the visual and tonal quality of all video output
- Bring creative direction to briefs, shaping scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
- Edit where needed, ensuring a high bar whether working in-house or reviewing external work
- Manage and develop in-house video editors, providing clear feedback and direction
- Source, brief, and oversee freelancers and production agencies
- Build and maintain a scalable video production workflow and asset library (Adobe Asset Management)
- Partner with paid, social, and web teams to align video to channel needs and performance goals
- Track production timelines, prioritise the video roadmap, and flag capacity issues early

What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of video production experience, ideally in-house at a brand or agency
- Strong editorial instinct, you know what makes video land on each platform
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
- Experience managing editors and creative suppliers
- Comfortable working across both long-form brand content and short-form performance video
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A reel or portfolio that demonstrates range and quality
Bonus if you have
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Familiarity with DAM or production management tools (e.g. Frame.io, Notion, Adobe Asset Manager)
- Shooting and directing experience alongside editing
- Experience building out a video function from early stage
