We're seeking an Experiential Designer to define how Nscale shows up in the physical world. As we scale globally and define a new category, you'll own the end-to-end design of Nscale's experiential presence, from trade show stands and event activations to immersive brand environments and physical installations. You’ll translate Nscale's visual identity and brand narrative into real-world experiences that stop people in their tracks, spark conversations, and drive meaningful commercial outcomes. Working closely with the Creative Director and Global Events team, you'll help Nscale build a reputation for world‑class event presence at a critical moment in the company's growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the creative design of all physical brand experiences, including trade show booths, event activations, pop‑ups, and brand environments.
  • Define the spatial design language for Nscale, ensuring 3D and environmental executions are consistent with and expressive of the brand.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, and detailed design specifications for all experiential projects.
  • Create standout event designs for Nscale's presence at key industry events globally, from large‑scale anchor booths to smaller activations.
  • Partner with Global Events to understand objectives, audiences, and commercial goals for each event, then translate these into compelling spatial experiences.
  • Manage design delivery from concept through to build specifications, working with stand builders, fabricators, and production vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Motion Designer and Video Producer to incorporate digital screens, motion content, and interactive elements into physical environments, ensuring digital and physical experiences feel cohesive and on‑brand.
  • Source, brief, and manage relationships with stand builders, fabricators, AV suppliers, and event production companies, and oversee on‑site production and installation for major events.
  • Bring a three‑dimensional and spatial design perspective into broader brand and campaign creative, partnering with the Head of Brand Design to ensure experiential design extends the visual identity.
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination across all experiential projects, partnering with Marketing Operations to track experiential ROI and feed insights back into future design decisions.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and executional excellence across event and brand environments.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale event or stand design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Ability to produce detailed technical drawings, build specifications, and vendor briefs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across different markets.
  • Experience working with stand builders, fabricators, and AV or production vendors.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative, events, and commercial teams.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • A passion for AI and technology is always a plus.
