About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Operations Partner to be a key operational and strategic enablement partner to the senior leadership team at Nscale. You will help design, organise, and manage the rhythm of leadership interactions — including agendas, offsites, key meeting cycles, and cross-functional projects — ensuring momentum and follow-through on strategic priorities and execution against the direction set by the SLT. You will work across the organisation to facilitate clarity, coordination, and execution without direct line management responsibility, but leveraging influence and a consistent track record of execution and outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leadership Enablement & Meeting Support
    • Plan, coordinate and manage logistics, agendas, and materials for senior leadership meetings, large internal forums, and planning offsites.
    • Prepare meeting materials, briefing packs, summaries and action logs to ensure leadership alignment and efficient outcomes.
    • Support leaders by anticipating information needs ahead of key discussions and decision points.
  • Project Coordination & Follow-Through
    • Take ownership of specific initiatives arising from leadership discussions, tracking progress, identifying dependencies and ensuring timely delivery.
    • Coordinate across functions to ensure relevant contributions, status updates, and integrated execution of cross-organisational efforts.
  • Operational Planning & Execution Support
    • Maintain and optimise organisational planning rhythms (e.g., quarterly reviews, annual planning cycles, key milestone checkpoints) and standards of these outputs.
    • Assist leaders, primarily the COO, with priority management related to organisational initiatives.
    • Support the organisation of workshops, internal events, and collaborative design sessions that inform strategy and execution priorities.
  • Information Synthesis & Communications
    • Collect, synthesise, and present information across initiatives to help streamline decisions and ensure clear visibility of progress against goals.
    • Draft internal communications tied to planning outputs, meeting outcomes, and priority shifts as needed.
    • Identify opportunities to refine leadership cadences, meeting structures, planning tools, and execution workflows to enhance organisational effectiveness.

About You

  • 4+ years experience working with C-suite, founders or senior leadership, with exposure to Operations and Finance, as well as other functions.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing concise briefings and clear documentation.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, thoughtfully prioritise tasks, and anticipate needs of leadership.
  • High degree of discretion handling sensitive information and shaping confidential discussions.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across functions and synthesising diverse inputs.

What we can offer you

At Nscale, you’ll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We’re building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

  • Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
  • Join the fastest-growing tech startup, your chance to push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting-edge AI.
  • Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.
  • Human-First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life’s moments.

We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. If there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
