About the role
We’re seeking a talented, mid-level Graphic Designer to join our product & design team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of our brand, crafting compelling designs across various digital and physical platforms. Your creative insights will directly influence our brand perception, enhancing user engagement and driving growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging marketing assets, including e-books, email campaigns, social content, presentations, event collateral, and promotional materials.
- Work alongside our design director, brand designers, producers, marketing agency partners, and product team to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all product, marketing and communication channels.
- Assist in the ongoing refinement and evolution of our brand guidelines and strategy.
- Design, test, and optimise creative content based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in tech, agency, or startup environments.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing assets for various channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and brand design expertise.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technology concepts visually.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with AI or cloud computing technology.
- Knowledge of print design and production processes.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and web design.
