We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our growing team supporting the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre projects. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth administration of commercial, financial, procurement, and contract processes across fast-paced construction and infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial managers, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery through accurate financial administration, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and reporting.

Financial & Purchase Order Support

  • Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support invoice processing and assist in resolving invoice queries
  • Track project spending, commitments, accruals, and outstanding orders
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial and commercial records
  • Assist with cost reporting and budget tracking across multiple projects
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with internal processes and procedures

Quotes & Supplier Payments

  • Process and track quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with subcontractor payment applications and verify supporting documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies and payment queries
  • Support procurement activities and supplier onboarding where required
  • Ensure supplier records and payment details are maintained accurately

Contract Administration

  • Support the administration of contracts related to construction, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Maintain contract registers, supplier records, and commercial documentation
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, and project documentation for commercial reviews
  • Assist the commercial and project teams with document control and correspondence
  • Ensure records are stored and managed in accordance with company standards

Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for commercial administration queries
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to commercial managers and project leadership teams
  • Support continuous improvement of commercial and administrative processes
