The Senior Account Director will focus on developing opportunities and driving growth across designated strategic client accounts and new logos (clients).

You will excel in selling IT services and using business development opportunities to work with our most strategic customers.

You will bring to this role the demonstrated ability and desire to drive transformational IT service solutions that allow customers to accelerate transition journeys.

You will have exceptional business acumen and outcome selling skills, by making key connections and using influencing skills to make decision makers transform their organisations to deliver their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Desarrollar nuestras relaciones con los clientes existentes, incluidos los creadores de soluciones, los jefes de departamento y los tomadores de decisiones.

  • Coordinarse con los equipos internos para garantizar una entrega de servicios sin inconvenientes.
  • Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas y cuentas estratégicas trimestrales y anuales asignados en los clientes objetivo.
  • Maximizar las oportunidades de ingresos alineadas con el valor de los resultados del cliente.
  • Brindar retroalimentación e información para dar forma y mejorar la cartera de productos y soluciones trabajando junto con el marketing, las soluciones, el soporte y la entrega.
  • Ser un solucionador de problemas creativo; reconocer las oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado.
  • Brindar informes que incluyan pronósticos de ventas, KPI, acuerdos clave y participación del cliente.
  • Apoyar la función de SDR brindando una estrategia específica para sus cuentas y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo de SDR.
  • Hablar fluido tanto español como inglés.
  • Éxito comprobado en la gestión estratégica de cuentas, preferiblemente dentro del sector de IT/Tech.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación, negociación e influencia. Sólidas habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades de manera eficaz.
  • Enfoque proactivo y orientado a los resultados para el pensamiento estratégico.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar propuestas de soluciones que aborden los problemas de los clientes y obtengan una ventaja competitiva.
  • Título universitario en Administración De Empresas, Ingeniería, Informática o una disciplina relacionada.
  • Build upon our existing client relationships including solution shapers, department heads, and decision-makers.
  • Tailor IT services to address the unique needs and challenges of clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights to enhance IT efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within our strategic customer accounts and new logos.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop strategic account plans for each customer account.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quarterly and yearly sales and strategic account objectives in targeted customers.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities aligned with customer outcome value.
  • Provide feedback and insights to shape and enhance the product and solution portfolio working alongside marketing, solutions, support, and delivery.
  • Be a creative problem solver; recognise growth opportunities in the market.
  • Provide reporting including sales forecasting, KPI’s, key deals and customer engagement.
  • Support the SDR function by providing a targeted strategy on your accounts and develop the SDR team members.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish & English speaker
  • Proven success in strategic account management, preferably within the IT/Technology sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to strategic thinking.
  • Ability to develop solution proposals that address customer issues and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
