The Sales Operations Manager will lead the strategy, processes, and systems that power our global sales organisation. This role ensures our sales teams have the tools, data, and insights to hit ambitious targets and scale effectively across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Forecasting: Translate business strategy into measurable sales plans. Lead global forecasting and reporting, providing executive insights on pipeline health and performance.
  • Process Excellence: Optimise key sales processes from lead management to deal desk support, removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency.
  • Technology & Data: Own CRM systems and sales analytics, ensuring data integrity and high adoption. Identify and deploy automation tools to enhance productivity.
  • Leadership: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales effectiveness and guide decision-making. Lead and grow a high-performing global Sales Operations team.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Sales or Revenue Operations in a global B2B IT, Technology, or Managed Services environment.
  • Strong analytical and process optimisation skills, with expertise in CRM systems and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end sales processes (Lead-to-Cash).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
