HR Business Partner – UK & ROI in London

Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies, mitigating risk and promoting best practices, including representation and preparation of tribunal bundles should any claims arise.Support change management processes, including restructures, mergers, and cultural transformation.Collaborate with the HR Shared Services Team to develop processes and procedures that enhance best practice and improve HR operational efficiency.Oversee and manage UK benefits administration.Attend monthly payroll meetings to ensure accurate and timely payment.Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a complex, multinational organisation.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience working with global HR shared service teams.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Career development and progression within a global organisation.
