Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and flexible working matters. Support investigations, hearings, and consultation processes in line with company policy and UK employment law. Coach managers on people management best practices and risk mitigation. Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contractual changes, and offboarding. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employee records are maintained and compliant with UK legislation and GDPR requirements. Support performance management and employee development processes. Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructures and business transformation activities. Produce HR reports and provide insights on people-related trends and metrics. Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
Essential Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing employee relations cases independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience. Desirable Experience within a global technology or managed services environment. Experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
