We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales and Channel Manager responsible for managing volume sales through channel partners as well as leading the inside sales team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by expanding our indirect sales footprint and optimising inside sales processes to maximise customer acquisition and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage and lead the volume channel sales function, including indirect partners and resellers, to drive business growth.
- Oversee and support the inside sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer engagement.
- Monitor sales metrics across both channel and inside sales to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sales administration process for both channels and inside sales.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales enablement teams to support lead generation, product promotions, and campaign execution.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and legal requirements across all sales activities.
- Develop clear sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team and channel partners, monitoring their progress and providing coaching.
- Lead inbound and outbound sales activities through the inside sales team to maximize pipeline conversion.
- Promote the company’s products and brand consistently across all sales channels.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Proven experience managing both volume channel sales and inside sales teams.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and indirect partner management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Excel).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales forecasts, track KPIs, and analyze sales data to drive decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
