This role will lead our global accounting team, drive efficiency, and enhance financial operations.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Elevate our global accounting team, improving month-end reporting quality and timing.
- Work alongside the CFO to implement innovative processes and controls.
- Partner with the Head of Planning & Analysis to deliver high-quality, commercial financial analysis.
- Own financial reporting, oversee all internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage global compliance and lead statutory reporting and audits across group and local levels, engaging with key stakeholders.
- Control overhead budgets and collaborate with business leads to ensure financial efficiency.
Qualifications
You will have:
- Proven experience in running a global accounting function.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Track record of implementing innovative financial processes and controls to further enhance the finance function.
- Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a forward-thinking leadership mindset.
