Associate Senior Landscape Architect Manchester in Bristol

NSB Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Level Landscape Architect working for an award-winning environmental consultancy. They are a 4-day week company with a team of 80 in 7 different offices and an exciting range of projects across the UK.

You will be responsible for moulding the shape of development with landscape at the forefront of clients project plans. From inception and bidding stages right through to the completion of planning documents.

This will include: LVA; LVIAs; EIAs; Opportunities and Constraints Assessments; Management Plans; Method Statements; GI and Landscape Strategies.

Requirements

• Academic qualifications in a relevant subject
• Excellent written ability
• Experienced in field survey work
• A good understanding of legislative and planning policy framework
• Experience liaising with clients statutory bodies and LPAs
• First rate project management skills
• Track record of business development and winning own work
• A full UK driving licence
• Chartered member of the Landscape Institute would be desirable but not essential.
