Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Milton Keynes showroom. The ideal candidate will be bubbly and energetic with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and an interest in contributing to a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: Engage with walk-in customers, answer email and phone enquiries, and convert leads into sales by providing vehicle information and addressing customer needs.
- Upselling & Product Knowledge: Promote additional services such as car wraps, trackers, paint protection, extended warranties, dechromes, window tints, alloy and caliper painting, interior starlights, and body kits.
- Finance Assistance: Guide customers through finance application processes, offering clear explanations of options and providing necessary support.
- Aftersales Support: Provide post-sale assistance, handling customer queries or concerns and maintaining positive, ongoing customer relationships.
- Showroom Preparation: Assist the Manager with the morning walk-around, checking vehicle statuses and setting priorities for promotions on social media to enhance visibility.
- Test Drives & Demonstrations: Conduct test drives with customers, showcasing vehicle features and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Showroom Organisation: Help organise the showroom, manage vehicle displays, and arrange parking to maintain a polished, inviting environment.
- Business Promotion: Actively participate in social media, post dealership updates, and represent NSA Motor Group at local events to attract new customers and raise brand awareness.
- Vehicle Logistics: Occasionally support with vehicle collection and delivery for customers, ensuring timely and professional handovers.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience working within a customer facing role. Sales experience is preferred although not necessary.
- Customer-Oriented Personality: A confident, friendly, and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organised, able to manage various sales and aftersales tasks, and maintain showroom standards.
- Team Collaboration: A strong team player who is dedicated to helping the NSA Motor Group grow and succeed. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
- Business Development Mindset: Enthusiastic about promoting the business and assisting with brand development.
- Valid UK driving licence: A must.
