The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation of car wash equipment across designated locations. This role requires a high level of technical competence, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out breakdown repairs, routine servicing, and equipment installations
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Diagnose faults efficiently and implement effective solutions
  • Interpret and work from schematic drawings
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and professionalism at all times

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (local working)
  • Participation in a weekend rota (1 in 4)
  • Flexibility is required, including occasional working away from home

Candidate Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (towing experience is advantageous)
  • Physically capable of undertaking field-based duties
