A Managing Agent in the Lloyd's of London Insurance market are looking to hire a Lawyer to join their growing Legal team.
Pitching at around the 3-4 PQE range, this would be part of a team of 4.
It's a broad, generalist role covering all areas of in-house legal work as expected in an Insurance company like this, including: Drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts and insurance distribution agreements Advising on coverage matters, claims and policy wordings Supporting the compliance function with advising business functions on regulatory considerations Supporting with corporate transactions and corporate governance A wide variety of ad-hoc legal support to all business areas They're a long standing and highly successful business, driven by exceptional leadership.
