A major, global Financial Services organisation are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their global employment team.
In this broad role, you will be involved in:
- Responsibility for the entire employment cycle, including: Hiring, performance + development, disciplinary and terminations matters
- Supporting corporate projects including acquisitions and restructuring
- Negotiating, drafting and improving employment related legal documents
- Leading on UK employment law matters - with some involvement with international issues
You will be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience in employment law. Ideally you will have experience in-house in the Financial Services (or other regulated) industry.
The organisation offers flexible working arrangements, with 3 days a week in-office attendance.
