The Role
We are seeking a Retail Specialist to help drive brand presence and sales performance across retail environments. You will work closely with store staff, account managers and brand teams to ensure our clients’ products are presented, promoted and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores to ensure product availability, merchandising standards and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to support brand visibility.
- Deliver in-store product demonstrations and promotional activities where required.
- Collect data on stock levels, competitor activity and store performance.
- Report insights and recommendations to internal teams using company systems.
- Assist with planning and executing retail marketing campaigns.
- Support training for store teams on product features and key selling points.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail, field sales, merchandising or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and travel between locations.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools for data capture.
Desirable
- Experience working with FMCG, consumer electronics or branded retail campaigns.
- Full UK driving licence (include only if genuinely required for the job).
