We are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing commercial team covering Bristol and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial, social housing, and town centre properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems
  • Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts
  • Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents
  • Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years experience working with intercom/door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC)
  • Minimum 5+ years experience working with access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within social housing environments
  • Experience working in town centre / high-footfall commercial environments
Salary & Benefits
  • ~£38,000 £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • ~23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (1 additional day per year of service up to a maximum of 25 days)
