The Role
- Provide technical leadership across the business while driving continuous improvement in how we operate.
- Working closely with the senior leadership team, identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, quality standards, and compliance procedures, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical compliance and quality standards across the business.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and improve quality assurance processes.
- Support audits, accreditations, and compliance requirements.
- Review technical procedures and implement improvements.
- Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
- Support project delivery and provide technical oversight where required.
- Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff.
- Work with senior management to shape departmental strategy and future growth.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Significant experience within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and current electrical regulations.
- Experience in a technical, compliance, quality, or operational management role.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience driving process improvement and business change.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with NICEIC, ISO 9001, or similar accreditations.
