The Role
As Technical Manager, you will provide technical leadership across the business while driving continuous improvement in how we operate. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, quality standards, and compliance procedures, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical compliance and quality standards across the business.

About You

Essential Requirements
- Significant experience within the electrical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and current electrical regulations.
- Experience in a technical, compliance, quality, or operational management role.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience driving process improvement and business change.
- A proactive and commercially aware approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with NICEIC, ISO 9001, or similar accreditations.
