Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS)
Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum + Incentive Schemes
Location: Banstead Office & Various Sites
Working Arrangement: 50% Office / 50% Site
We are looking for three experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisors (QS) to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to take on a varied role combining office-based technical and compliance responsibilities with site-based inspections and surveying.
The successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining high standards of electrical quality, compliance and certification across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality control inspections and electrical compliance checks
- Reviewing, checking and processing electrical certification
- Undertaking sample testing and inspections
- Carrying out electrical surveying
- Supporting site teams with technical and compliance requirements
- Identifying and addressing quality issues
- Ensuring electrical works are completed to the required standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Working closely with office and site teams
- Potential opportunity to progress into a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (QS) role
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must hold the following:
- Apprenticeship-trained electrical background
- Electrical Gold Card
- NVQ Level 3
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Previous experience in an electrical supervisory, quality control, inspection or QS role would be highly advantageous.

About the Role
This position would suit an experienced electrician or electrical supervisor who has strong knowledge of inspection, testing, certification and quality control and is looking for a role with a balance of office and site responsibilities.
