Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician looking for stability, long-term progression, and strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades
- Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Ensure safe working practices across all tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential)
- AM2 qualification (desirable)
- Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
- Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses
