This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician looking for stability, long-term progression, and strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants Maintain accurate job records and documentation Ensure safe working practices across all tasks Required Qualifications & Experience Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential) AM2 qualification (essential) Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred) Full UK driving licence Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations Desirable Qualifications City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses What We Offer OTE up to Β£70,000 Company van + fuel card 23 days holiday + bank holidays Private healthcare Excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities Supportive team environment Additional Requirements Must provide your own hand tools and power tools Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
