We are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing commercial team covering Bristol and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial, social housing, and town centre properties. Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems
- Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts
- Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents
- Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience working with intercom/door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC)
- Minimum 5+ years experience working with access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within social housing environments
- Experience working in town centre / high-footfall commercial environments
Salary & Benefits
- £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (1 additional day per year of service up to a maximum of 25 days)
