We are looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join a growing electrical contractor based in Banstead. This is a key role overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring profitability, managing risk, and supporting successful project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing contracts
- Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control
- Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
- Negotiating contract terms (JCT/NEC)
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Commercial or Contracts Manager role (electrical or construction)
