Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties * Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades * Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards * Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants * Maintain accurate job records and documentation * Ensure safe working practices across all tasks Required Qualifications & Experience * Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential) * AM2 qualification (desirable) * City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent * Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred) * Full UK driving licence * Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations What We Offer * OTE up to £70,000 * Company van + fuel card * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Private healthcare * Excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities * Supportive team environment Additional Requirements * Must provide your own hand tools and power tools * Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
